Airport pickup is a Premium feature: a private 1:1 ride from the gate to your front door. Family members are welcome to join — extra passengers and luggage carry a small additional fee, so tell us your headcount and suitcase count in advance. The drop-off can be your home or another address (like your realtor's office).

You're in the right place: most of our members arrive through KHU's international programs. We know the neighborhoods around Hoegi and Imun, the dorm alternatives, and the semester move-in rush. Send your semester dates and we'll take it from there.

By Wise transfer, before you submit the application. Choose your plan on the apply page, tap the Wise button, and send the fee (Basic ₩290,000 / Premium ₩390,000, Fall 2026 promo). Then submit the form with the same name you used on the transfer — we confirm your payment and reply within 48 hours.

No — and this is the most important thing to understand. The package fee covers our settlement service: housing matching, arrival setup, and support. The rent and security deposit for the home itself are separate and are paid to the landlord. We always confirm the exact rent and deposit with you before anything is signed.

It depends on the type of home. Regular Korean leases on a semester-length stay typically require a deposit of ₩3,000,000–5,000,000. Our partner homes are designed for students: fully furnished with no deposit or one month's rent as deposit — in exchange, the monthly rent is a bit higher (usually from around ₩800,000). Low deposit and low rent trade off against each other; tell us which matters more and we'll search accordingly.

Yes. We set up your SIM/eSim before you arrive, so you land with everything working. Student plans typically include generous daily data (around 5GB/day at full speed, then unlimited at reduced speed — no overage charges). Before your ARC (residence card) is issued, you pay the carrier by the mailed bill or a simple bank transfer; once your ARC and Korean bank account are ready, we handle the auto-debit paperwork for you (we'll ask for a copy of your ARC and bankbook).

Our partner salon MORE ON runs a hair-model program: you receive a free perm, color, or haircut, and in exchange take part in a content shoot during and after the service — the photos and videos go up on MORE ON's official channels. Anyone can apply, and spots are limited — the salon reviews applications and only selected models participate. Members can message us anytime and we'll connect you.
