Your arrival guide
Everything that happens after you join the package, in order — from the pickup car to the moment every bill pays itself automatically. Bookmark this page; it answers the questions everyone asks.
Send us your flight details, total headcount, and suitcase count — family members can join the ride (small extra fee for added passengers/luggage). The drop-off can be your home or another address, like your realtor's office. Your SIM/eSim is activated before landing.
We walk you through your first week. Until your ARC (residence card) is issued, the phone bill arrives by mail — pay it by bank transfer to the account printed on the bill. If no bill arrives within a week of the billing date, tell us and we'll chase it.
Apply for your Alien Registration Card as early as you can (your university helps schedule this). It usually takes 3–4 weeks to issue. Until then, some Korean apps and online payments that need phone identity verification won't work — that's normal.
Open your Korean bank account, then send us a copy of your ARC and your bankbook. We update your phone line to your ARC name and register auto-debit for you. After this, phone identity verification and app payments start working.
Questions about bills, contracts, data limits, or anything else — one KakaoTalk thread or email, in your language. That's what the package is for.
